We take a value-driven approach to investing. We identify and target income-producing and ground up development multi-family real estate opportunities in major U.S. markets with compelling fundamentals.
Our focus is on quality of assets. We work with our experienced partner to carefully select each property to add our portfolio.
We reduce downside risk by investing in assets that are purchased or developed at a discount to their current market value
Our partners actively manage any development or renovation project through to completion to enhance value to our investors
The Fund targets assets that range in total value from $5MM to $250MM
We invest in assets that generate consistent annual cash flow and opportunistics ground up development with high equity multiple potential

Why Real Estate?
Real estate is a diversification tool to incorporate in a portfolio of equities, fixed income and other alternatives.
Real estate provides a different risk-return profile and generally speaking can provide the potential for value appreciation.

Lou Reynolds
Lou brings a wealth of real estate experience, investment knowledge and unwavering management focus in delivering on the potential available in a current real estate asset or development deal.
Lou has a pedigree of over 100 successful purchase and sale transactions in the multifamily space, most of which concentrated in the value added or opportunistic area.

Matthew Earl
Matthew has successfully translated his B.S. in Accounting and years working in Public Accounting into the real estate sector. Before joining Reynolds Asset Management in 2019, Matthew owned and operated a small multifamily investment company located in South Florida for six years.
